Welcome to iammoneymanagement.com (the "Site"), operated by IAM Money Management, LLC ("IAM," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Site, including any content, tools, accounts, and features we offer through it.

Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Educational Information Only. Not Advice.

The Site's articles, eBooks, blog posts, FAQs, and other materials (together, "Content") are provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

  • Content is not individualized insurance, financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any product.

  • IAM does not provide tax or legal advice. Consult a qualified tax professional or attorney about your specific situation.

  • IAM does not offer securities or investment advisory services, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any security.

  • Using the Site or contacting us does not by itself create an agent-client relationship. That relationship begins only when you engage IAM for specific services.

We work to keep Content accurate and current, but laws, product features, and financial conditions change. We do not guarantee that Content is complete, accurate, or up to date.

4. Insurance Products and Services

  • Insurance products are offered through licensed insurance professionals and are issued by the insurance carriers that underwrite them, not by IAM.

  • All products are subject to the carrier's terms, underwriting, eligibility requirements, and approval. Coverage is not guaranteed.

  • Product availability varies by state. IAM and its agents may offer products only in states where they are properly licensed and appointed.

  • Guarantees in insurance and annuity products depend on the claims-paying ability of the issuing carrier.

  • Descriptions of any product on the Site are summaries only. The policy or contract itself controls.

5. Calculators and Planning Tools

The Site may offer calculators, estimators, and planning tools ("Tools"). Tools rely on your inputs and on assumptions, such as rates of return, inflation, and life expectancy, that may not reflect your actual circumstances or future events.

Tool results are hypothetical estimates for educational purposes only. They are not guarantees, projections of actual results, or recommendations. Review your situation with a licensed professional before making any financial decision.

6. Scheduling and Communications

When you book a conversation through the Site, scheduling is handled by a third-party service with its own terms and privacy policy. Booking a conversation does not obligate you to buy anything.

By giving us your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by email or phone about your request. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Electronic communications. You agree that notices, agreements, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

7. Accounts

Some features require an account. If you create one, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information, and keep it updated

  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account

  • Notify us promptly at support@iammoneymanagement.com if you suspect unauthorized use

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

Account access and features depend on your assigned role. You may not try to access information or features outside your role. We may suspend, deactivate, or close any account at our discretion, including for a violation of these Terms, inactivity, or a licensing or compliance concern.

8. Agent Applicants and Agents

This section applies if you apply to join IAM or are approved as an agent.

  • No guarantee of contract or income. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, contracting, or appointment. IAM makes no representation or guarantee of income or earnings. Results depend on individual effort, skill, market conditions, and other factors.

  • Your own licensing. IAM does not offer a license-on-approval (LOA) structure. Each agent must hold their own active insurance license(s) and is responsible for maintaining them, completing continuing education, and meeting all licensing and appointment requirements. Pre-licensed applicants may not be activated until they are licensed.

  • Contracting. Contracting and appointments are completed through IAM's marketing organization (IMO) and the applicable insurance carriers. They are subject to those parties' requirements, background checks, and approval.

  • Advancement Program. Contract levels described on the Site (for example, 65%, 75%, 85%, and 95%) are illustrations of the program structure. Actual compensation is governed only by your signed agent agreement and the applicable IMO and carrier contracts and schedules, which control over anything on the Site. IAM may change the program at any time.

  • Independent contractors. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, agents are independent contractors, not employees of IAM.

  • Accuracy and verification. You confirm that the licensing and background information you give us is accurate, and you authorize IAM to verify it, including through public licensing databases.

  • Agent profiles. Approved agents may publish a profile (photo, bio, licensing details) on the Site. You are responsible for its accuracy and for making sure it complies with applicable insurance advertising rules. IAM may review, edit, or remove any profile.

9. AI-Assisted Features

Some features, such as help drafting a professional bio, use artificial intelligence to generate text. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before it is used or published. AI-generated content is not advice from IAM.

10. Content You Submit

You keep ownership of content you submit to the Site, such as profile information, photos, bios, and messages ("User Content"). You grant IAM a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, reproduce, and adapt your User Content as needed to operate the Site and provide our services. For agent profiles, this includes displaying them publicly.

You confirm that you have the rights to submit your User Content, and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove any User Content at our discretion.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose

  • Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity, licensing, or affiliation

  • Access, or try to access, accounts, data, or areas of the Site you are not authorized to use

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or its security

  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access or collect data from the Site without our written permission

  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code

  • Copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Site or its Content, except as these Terms allow

12. Intellectual Property

The Site and its Content, including text, graphics, eBooks, logos, the IAM name and mark, designs, and software, are owned by or licensed to IAM and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Site and download eBooks and similar materials for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our Content without our prior written permission.

"IAM," "IAM Money Management," the IAM logo, and "Integrity · Altruism · Mettle" are names and marks owned by IAM Money Management, LLC.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may include links to, or features provided by, third parties, such as scheduling tools and insurance carrier websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information. It is part of these Terms.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE, CONTENT, AND TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that Content or Tool results will be accurate or reliable.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IAM AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, CONTENT, OR TOOLS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. This section does not limit liability for services provided under a separate written agreement, which that agreement governs.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IAM and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the Site.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above, and we may notify you through the Site or by email for significant changes. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

21. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and IAM about the Site. They do not replace any separate written agreement, such as an agent agreement or client service agreement, which controls for its subject matter.

  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
